Trans mission of the Consept of Death / Saeed Aghighi’s Review of “Little Tito and the Aliens”

Trans mission of the Consept of Death / Saeed Aghighi’s Review of “Little Tito and the Aliens”

A satire movie in critique of American society and science-fiction genre, with interesting and funny scenes, it’s full of unconventional and unusual scenes that fit with the tone of the film.  The idea of immigration to America and getting to the land of dreams due to the economic issues among the new generation of countries such as Italy and Greece who has new future is explained in the film delicately.  Obviously making fun with ET and close encounters of the third kind and the children’s comic book, with evident shots combine with popular effects in main Hollywood genres, and with opposite tone to all of them.   A playful tone of the film is fascinating from the beginning and with expand of narration becomes more attractive. Imagination of the new generation of being in the land of dreams and shouting where’s the “Why is Lady Gaga?” Anita, along with two old men who believe in aliens, completes the view of filmmaker from the today men who drowned in media and the encounter of Tito with new generation decoder which is the remembrance of Hall from space odyssey directed by Kubrick returns to science fiction cinema. What makes the movie interesting, the transmission of the concept of death is associated with playing with this concept with Tito and Anita, and what cause the movie doesn’t go so far is the lack of dramatic creativity. It seems that the movie for getting better needs the idea like Emir Kusturica movies. The tone of the film is simultaneously political, romantic, comedy which define success, thoughts that may not easily find in any filmmaker.
