The press conference of “Two Days Later” was held at Milad Tower, on Thursday February 1st attended by Asghar Naimi, the director, Mohsen Shirazi, the producer and Mohsen Gholami, the set designer. Addressing the audience Naimi said,” it was almost a year and half ago that the main story of the film was born. We felt it has the capacity to be a social romantic comedy, my own favorite genre that is lacking in our society. I made effort to add some social themes to the story of the film as well. Expressing sympathy over the murder of the two great cinematic figures, Dariush Mehrjui and his wife Vahideh Mohammadifar the film director asked for a moment of silence in memory of the late notable Iranian director and his wife. “What the most matters to me is gaining experience in professional cinema. I am always after finding ways to make relations with ordinary people through my works” , he added. When asked about the absence of the main cast of the film Naimi answered they are out of country now, stressing that there is no problem between him and his cast.
