According to the News Headquarters of the 41st FIFF, the press conference of the film ” Cold Sigh ” held in Mellat Cineplex in Tehran on Feb.2,2023, attended by the film crew.
The director Nahid Azizi Sadiq, Seyed Reza Mohaqeq and Iman Sadiq as an actor were among the film crew attended the press conference.
Commenting on the main idea of the film, Azizi Sadiq stated:” I think the viewpoint of Iranian society is changing.”
Speaking on the concerns of making artistic films, Sadiq said:” I am keen on continuing this artistic cinema for the rest of my life and I spare no efforts to flourish Iranian cinema. I already understood the difficulty of making this film.”
In response to a question about the main theme of the film which tackle honor killing, she said,” The theme of honor killing is the main subject of “Cold Sigh”, adding that:” I tried to make this film with adopting a new approach”.
Regarding some details of the film, Sadiq noted that most of the scenes in the film where snow and rain falls are real.
