General terms and conditions of the specialized exhibition of cinema and related equipment, including technical production, after-production, cinema and showrooms of 2019
4th until 6th of Ordibehesht 1398
Article 1: introduction
The first specialized exhibition of technical services for production and after production and equipment for production and after production and display equipment and cinema halls as one of the most important parts of the thirty-seventh Fajr International Film Festival -from May 4 to May 6- will be held in Tehran from April 27 to April 29, 2019.
Article 2: goals
The main objective of the exhibition is to create an environment for introducing and supplying the latest technologies related to the technical equipment of the cinema and television industry.
In this event, there is a great place to get to know and discuss and create opportunities for cooperation between technical service managers, support for production and after-production technical equipment, cinema halls, showcases and related equipment manufacturers, and the latest technologies. The software used in the Iranian cinema industry is provided in terms of software and hardware by the private sectors of domestic enterprises and domestic and foreign filmmakers.

Obviously, institutions and companies must be holders of official license for activities from competent authorities. Companies that wish to be present at the fair must register at the official website of the festival www.fajriff.com. To register at the exhibition, the presentation of the license of the company and products is obligatory.
Article 4: Deadline for submitting registration forms
Registration forms must be completed and registered through the website before the date of 1398/1/25. There is no obligation for providing the grounds for attending the fair for those who register after this date.

Article 5: conditions of reserving an exhibition booth
Each booth has an approximate area of 10 square meters, including a desk and chair, a monitor and a DVD player. The placement of pavilions is based on the overall layout of the space and the activity of the exhibitors. The exhibition organizers are working as far as possible in order to satisfy the exhibitors’ demands for the pavilion arrangement. It is worth noting that the allocation and assignment of pavilions is to the organizers.
Article 6: interior design of the booths
Participants will be required to prepare and decorate their booth one day before the start of the exhibition.
Exhibitors should refrain from any damage to existing equipment when designing and decorating the interior. In case of any damage, the responsibility will be borne by the exhibitor. All posters, photographs and other printed materials used should be in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance. The installation of posters outside the places designated by the exhibition is unauthorized.
Article 7: managing the booth
The exhibition will be held from 4th until 6th of Ordibehesht 1398 from 14:00-21:00 in Tehran. The deadline for completing the placement of all booths is possible before the exhibition starts and booths are drained on the last day. At least one representative of the company should be present at the exhibit during the exhibition hours.
Article 8: Tariffs
In order to support Iranian cinema, a minimal free is considered as a guarantee of attendance for the participants.
- Exhibitors
Insert the name of the company in the guide and the bazaar of the market plus the assignment of a stand with a table, chair, monitor and a DVD display device plus an exhibition card (catering and a meal): each company 9.000.000 Rials (for maximum of 2 people). The cost of attending of each extra person is 2,500,000 Rials plus a food card and 1,000,000 Rials for each extra person with no food card.

- Internet access: High-speed and free internet access for participants is anticipated.
Article 9: Responsibility of the organizer and participant
The venue for the exhibition will be under control, but the exhibition authorities will not be held liable for the loss of personal items. Exhibitors are expected to protect their valuable items such as DVD movies, laptops and other personal items.
n case of non-observance of the rules, the rules and regulations of the exhibition by the participants, the presence of the exhibitor or its representatives will be temporarily or permanently prevented at the exhibition and their entry and exit cards will be canceled. Obviously, in case of cancellation of the card, it will be prevented from entering the venue of the exhibition.
